In addition, a separate inspection team is formed to manage 3LPP corrosion and concrete coating application on 44” dia line pipes in Batam, Indonesia.

2008 -- WEL’s North Rankin B Jacket for
the North Rankin Redevelopment Project will be constructed
by J. Ray McDermott in Batam Indonesia. Their scope
includes the construction and load out of the biggest
jacket to be built in SE Asia at 22,000 metric ton,
18,900 metric tons of piles and a 100 meter bridge.
Campbell’s services generally comprise the provision
and pay rolling of WEL’s Site Team, including providing
accommodation, work permits, vehicle & driver hire

2006 -- Campbell Asia Pacific Pty Ltd as
an approved subcontract for Woodside Energy Limited,
as alliance partner with BIE will be responsible for
providing local , Regional and Expatriate Inspection
personnel throughout the construction period of an
eight leg Jacket to be built by Chiwan Sembawang Engineering
at the Chiwan Fabrication Yard in Shenzhen, Guangdong
Province China, and Topsides construction in Malaysia.
The Jacket substructure will weigh approximately 7,500
tonnes with piled foundations weighing more than 3,000
tonnes. The Top Sides will weigh approximately 7,000
tonnes and will be capable of processing up to 800
MMcf/d of gas and 50,000 bbl/d of condensate.
This
is part of the of the $1.6 billion investment in the
Angel Gas Development project that will tie into the
North Rankin Production Platform. The provision of
inspection services include Welding/Construction Coordinator,
Structural, Welding, NDT, and Painting Inspectors.

2006 -- Campbell Singapore provides a wide
range of disciplines personnel to Acergy while the
heavy lift derrick and pipelay barge is under construction
at Sembawang Shipyard in Singapore. The hull is new
build in China while topsides, which also include
integration and commissioning of heavy lift crane,
tensioner, stinger and other related facilities, are
carried out in Singapore. The personnel contracted
to Acergy are also involved in sea trial prior to
sail away expected in Q3 2007.

Surveillance scope included load-in, coating production
qualification tests, monitoring surveillance during
coating process and witnessing progressive laboratory

2005 -- ConocoPhillips Bohai Bay Phase 11 project
is expected to exceed 1.8 billion US dollars and is
a co-investment between ConocoPhillips and CNOOC in
the Bohai Bay Development. This phase of the development
includes 5 Well Head Platforms, Riser Utility Platform,
Quarters Platform and an FPSO. At 280,000 DWT the
FPSO is the largest built in China. Having a length
of over 310 meters, breadth of over 60 meters and
a depth of 29 meters, the FPSO vessel is designed
to have an onboard storage capacity of approximately
2.0 million barrels of crude oil. The topsides, weighing
approximately 35,000 tonnes, will have a processing
capacity of 190,000 barrels of oil per day with 510,000
barrels of fluid handled per day.

for the project. Equipment includes: cladded pressure

& gas metering skid packages, pressure vessels, pump
packages, coolers, navigation aids, fire & safety
equipment, valves, electrical items such as distribution
boards, low voltage bus ducts, HV switchgear, cables
and paging system.
